Not only did you have more complete information about the sales of Oak Hills condominiums, but you also possessed an extensive knowledge of the current market and the willingness to be patient. All of this resulted in establishing a more realistic list price and ultimately meant that I got about $15,000 more in the sale price than if I had selected one of the other two brokers. In addition, we had an offer on my condominium, which we accepted, within six weeks of the initial listing.
