Tips While Showing Your Home

There are many steps you can take to prepare your home for showing to prospective buyers. First impressions are important, so make your home as appealing as possible.

Turn on every light in the home - yes, in the closets, too!
Play relaxing background music on the radio such as FM100.
Bake a loaf of bread at 350 degrees and crack open the oven door so the scent permeates your entire home.
Turn on a gas fireplace - winter or summer!
Just relax on the couch and allow the Realtor to guide the prospects. If this is too difficult for you, then grab your coat and go out for a while.
